Okay, time to reply properly! ^___^
First off, I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE and LOOOOOOOOOOOVE this colouring!
It has a little Umineko inspiration (especially with the butterflies) that lends it some flavor as well as an ominous foreboding for QUEEN-sama's character.
And while I feel your pain for not being able to colour everything in the image, I'm glad you didn't as the dark surroundings (including Haku) help accentuate the focal points of the image.
They also offer the perfect dark atmosphere for the butterflies and neon logo and credits (your siggy is especially beautiful with that effect!) ^.^
Colours are balanced and appropriately muted, with a healthy dose of purple tones (which are imperial colours, so I imagine it was intentional, lol). ^^
Her eyes have the usual deep expression, and the dress/drapery lace and decorative ironwork of the window gives a refined and elegant touch to the image as a whole.
While I think some reflection in the window would have helped make the image more realistic, I don't think this would help in this special case since the goal is surrealism.
So that being said, I think this image is perfect! 100 POINTS for the great Haya-sensei!! ^____^b
